PeepThisTV: The Official Dillon Francis Recap Video!

Hey what's up everyone? I hope that you all had fun attending the Dillon Francis show last Thursday at Upstate Concert Hall. Everyone here at PeepTHIS got absolutely Wet and Reckless out there as Kloud9 and TrevMunz opened the night beautifully. And as expected, Baauer, Clockwork and Dillon all killed their sets and had the Clifton Park crowd roaring the entire night.

The PeepThis Crew and GoGo's were all there to represent and spread the good vibes out to the crowd. Thursday was also the launch of PeepThisTV, which is our exclusive "Real-Time" way to get up close and personal with some of our most loyal fans. It gives us a chance to share all forms of personal expression that our typical EDM fans experience at each one of the shows we put help provide. So when we bring in the big names to the 518, Everyone gets to visualize all the venue excitement present.

Kayla Sacco, from Broken City Lights Entertainment was there as usual taking videos the entire night. This brings us to all of our events most anticipated post-show climax: The Official Recap Video! We hope that you all have been getting excited for this as we are always excited to release our videos to the public. So here is our latest Episode of KidoVizion!! PeepThis Halloween: A Recap to Remember

So if you've been keeping up to date with all of the current events going on around our company, then you should have heard about PeepThis' First Annual Halloween Rager. It was on Friday, October 26th. It featured two DJ Booth's, Multiple Dance Floors, Crazy Costumes, Our GoGo dancers, A Keg, Tons of Booze and most importantly, all of our closest Peeps in the 518.

So Instead of boring everybody with a paragraph about all the problems at the armory and rescheduling of Masquerave Albany, I'll instead show you all what a day of blasting text invites, facebook messages and not-so long distance cell phone calls can accomplish when you want to give everyone an alternative place to rage with their friends. We were lucky enough for this party to come together and for it to be all caught on film as well!

Before watching the video, take a quick moment to read this important "Thank You" shout out. This is for all of the people who made this epic party possible.

- Kloud 9 for hooking up the basement with your beautiful sound system and lazer light show.
- Kenny for arriving early, sweeping the basement level and taking care of my spider problem (Of course not all of them thus preserving the creepy decor`).
- Moni Love for spending the day at the mall gathering the necessary goodies for the upstairs.
- Tony Colosurdo Photography for taking the best pictures at the party. We always enjoy your energy and are glad you have become part of the team.
- And the real hero Kayla Sacco from Broken City Lights Entertainment for capturing us at our best and worst. This past month has been so amazing and now we have gigs upon gigs of footage to laugh at and cry to!

COH+R and I would also like to thank everyone who was able to join the party and share the Halloween experience with us. So here is what you have all been waiting for. An Inside look at what goes on and what you should come to expect when you rage at the PeepThis house! Enjoy!

Giving Daps to Local Artists: I

Hey everyone! Part of our duties as local artists are to know about other local artists.  This allows us to keep track of our relative performance and serves as a way we can help unify the EDM community. From time to time, we will be posting about different artists around the area. With that being said, we would like to take this opportunity to give a quick shout out over to our friends Static Groove. They have been working very hard on their production as well as anyone we know lately and would like to let them have some links to their latest work posted right here at KidoVizion.com!

So check it out and enjoy! We here at PeepThis and KidoVizion are always down to support local EDM so you should too.

Thanks for tuning in!

Masquerave Oneonta: Leaving Our Mark

Quick Note: Hey everyone. Currently,  We are hard at work doing the finishing touches on the Episode 2: NYC episode and so far it looks pretty damn good. There's a lot of post draft files in our back office and were diligently trying to catch up on all the stories from last weeks madness.

October 15th: This past Thursday, we rounded up the troops in Albany to have a quick meeting before our departure to Masquerave. Before the journey, we had to make sure that we all had our essentials, so we dropped in the first gas station we saw to grab some goodies. In dire need of food and beverages, we scooped up some popcorn, Bud Light Platinum's and Classic Four Loko's to make sure we were fully loaded for the ride. A dutch was also purchased (for celebratory cigar sharing) of course. As excited as we were to get on the thruway, we happened to pass by our first exit. This forced us to take an alternative route across rural central NY. The roads were windy and long, but there was plenty of time to kill. It also gave us a chance to observe the countryside in fall season. It was a great view from the backseat and we were getting live on some dope cruise beats.

When we finally arrived in Oneonta (As seen in the video), we were really stoked to be there and wanted to take some time to discover different areas of the SUNY campus. That's where the Four Loko's did their magic. There was only limited time before we were scheduled to check in at the Oneonta Theatre, so our crew downed the Loko's and went H.A.M flagging down local college students for the next hour. Various Students telling us that they knew about the show and that many of their friends planned on going had given us all a great feeling of anticipation for what was to come that night. There is nothing better than creating buzz while being buzzed ;) !

The theater's aesthetics far exceeded our expectations and featured a supersized 40 ft screen. This venue also happens to be the oldest theater still operating in upstate New York. It was an honor to see the PeepThis and Kido Logo showcased on the big screen behind the DJ booth. We sound checked, the line-up's were set and the crew was ready to go to work. DJ Fresco would start up the night followed by Air Atlantica, DJ Miser and then yours truly.

The U is Team hooked up the dressing rooms with Svedka and plenty of beer. We were settling in and I had been getting silly all day. I hooked up the PeepThis Crew with some dranks while we relaxed and waited for my set to begin. The music trend for the night featured a wide and steady variety of music set around 128 bpm range. So I thought I would change things up a bit and throw down some future bass on these Oneonta peeps!

One thing I would also like to mention is that Air Atlantica's set was awesome! I could hear all the noise well behind stage walls while everybody was getting loose.

Overall, the night was a lovely blur. All of the sets were amazing and I loved DJing in front of an all college crowd. It was huge change of setting compared to our usual shows and we hope we can continue to provide this kind of entertainment in the near future.

The PeepThis team would like to thank all of the college students from SUNY Oneonta for coming out for a Thursday show despite it being Mid-Term week!! You guys truly rock and we love you for that!

We would also like to give  big props to Tony Colasurdo Photography for coming out and taking some amazing pictures of everyone. Some of the Masquerave patrons spent hours on their costume efforts and their support is much appreciated!

We hope to have left our mark on the city of Oneonta like we did on the "Wall of Fame" board!

Chillin With 12th Planet

Last Week after Tiesto was forced to re-schedule his Washington Armory performance for back surgery, our friends at NV Concepts & MassEDMC booked their supporting talent DADA LIFE at the upstate concert hall in Clifton Park NY. What a nice surprise show with 12th planet there for direct support. Alex English and My best friend Kyle Faulkner a.k.a Kloud 9 started the show by setting   the vibe.

Kyle asked me to MC and hype up the crowd for his opening performance. It was a sick feeling to drop the music and build the energy up in the room with voices screaming at the top of their lungs.  Peepthis GOGO was looking amazing (as usual) and created a nice venue atmosphere. Alex English was stuck in traffic coming up from the city so Kyle was given an extra hour to spin. He was ready to go because he was sure to put extra tracks on his thumb drive.

Throughout the night we were chillin with 12th Planet in the green room, we spent our time sipping Grey Goose and reminiscing about SYFWB: Le Carnivale back in May when we brought him to Albany for the first time. He was shocked and had no idea what he was about to see when he pulled into a creepy old garage down in the basement of the Armory.  Luckily I just moved into my new house in Clifton Park down the street from Upstate Concert Hall so it wasn't hard to convince him to come over after the party to rage with us in my living room.  Alex English was eager to drop his new tracks so he set up in the living room and gave us a special exclusive set.
The paint from my walls was stripping from the heavy bass.

That night was a dream come true, never in my life would I expect an artist of that caliber, as huge as he is, to want to chill with me and the homies. But in the EDM world you never know what to expect. Peepthis is continuing to do big things and will keep the party going till the lights come up.

Masquerave Fall Tour: Part I

After a tiring trip back from Vegas, I was on the road and It was September 21st. All of a sudden I came to my senses and while pulling into Poughkeepsie I felt a rush of excitement. The Masquerave Tour had finally begun!

With Kloud9

With U-IS Nation

We quickly dropped off all of our bags at our hotel then left for Chance Theater. The venue was large. It had unique feel and the atmosphere was classy and elegant. It was perfect for a masked event. I give major props to the U IS Nation crew. They are always fun to rage with and they make sure that I'm taken care of at the events we do together. The bar comped us a big discount on couple bottles and that's when the party started.

The first DJ was a nasty set up man and spun out a hard mix of trap and hip hop. It staged the crowd intensity for the rest of the night. A surprising 5 to 1 girl/guy ratio is never something to complain about either. The house music mixed with an upbeat crowd was what made the event such a fun time.

Poughkeepsie ended up being a awesome city to kick off the Masquerave Tour. It was the perfect start spot and I always enjoy performing in a new town when I can. I received lots of constructive feedback and I will use that information so I can kill it at the Oneonta show the 11th of October. All my Posts from here on out will be real-time so Kido-Vizion will truly be live!

Look out for updates before, during and after the next performance!

What Happens in Vegas..

A Week in Paradise

So many of you may have wondered where I had been lately. Whether or not it was the lack of Facebook activity or any additions to the site, I assure you that I've been very busy in the studio and that updated blog content is on the way!

Anyways, part of the reason for my absence was due to the fact that I took a vacation. After all the Summer raging I finally got a chance to take a getaway trip to Vegas to celebrate my girlfriends 21st birthday (DJ's needs vacations too!). And for what doesn't stay in Vegas, I'll give you all a quick recap of my trip.

From arrival to departure the booze was flowing. The cocktail waitresses were kept busy indeed! We began our trip by limo to our hotel thanks to some lucky gambling at the terminal casino. We stayed at the Polo Towers. The next morning we attended the Marquee Day Club for the Pretty Lights show. It featured sexy waitresses and personal day bed rentals. With a 500 dollar minimum, exotic drinks became our best friend and our worst enemy. Plus, they never stopped coming!! All I can tell you about the rest of the night is that it was mostly a blur :).

Overall, with of all the amazing music and refreshing cocktails, it didn't matter that we got kicked out of the Pretty Lights show for being to rowdy. Or that we used our entire line of credit for alcohol instead of food throughout the entire week. The trip was a total blast and it felt amazing to take a break from the usual scene back in the 518.

I returned home on Sept. 20th and it was already time to rave.. Masquerave that is!

Welcome to Kido Vizion!

Hey whats going on everyone!? Back a couple of weeks ago, shortly after some amazing summer performances, I was thinking of different ways that I could deliver fully customizable media/content with all my friends and fans.

So I got together with my design team thought of the perfect gateway to share all of the fun, exciting experiences that I’ve been a part of. The goal was to present all of this cool stuff in a way other than on Facebook. I feel like this will give the fans a better idea of who I am as a person and as an artist trying to make it.

So I give you KIDO-VIZION. It’s your exclusive look behind the scenes of KIDO and PeepThis! Thank you all for following and I looking forward to raging with you soon!
